Last Mon, 28th Nov 2013 was another happy day for mummy. She finally collected her new super cool "baby". It was her most awaited day, when she collected her new car, Almera. After collecting her new baby, she picked Emeryn from school albeit being late. Emeryn attended BM tuition in the evening. Schooling day has become very relaxing, with minimal homework and we have stopped our daily revision until the new semester begins.

It was a stretch of long holiday and it was Deepavali. We went for a theater show, The Grufallo at Penang Performing Arts Centre on Sat. It was a show requested by Emeryn and she has been bugging mummy to book the ticket. Before we head to Straits Quay, we went downtown to do some banking errands. Initially mummy thought the show starts at 5.30pm but it was supposed to be 5pm. We were lucky that we reached there early, thus we did not missed the show.  Mummy bumped into her friend who came along with her kids and Emeryn also bumped into her school mate. Emeryn doesn't understand fully and kept asking mummy to explain to her. The show took about 1 hour to come to an end.

After the show, we walked to Straits Quay and we spotted the October-Halloween Fest event. There was the face painting counter and immediately Emeryn requested to join in. We waited for almost an hour before it was Emeryn's turn to have her face painted. She opted for the ballerina's eye shadow painting and wanted it to be blue in color, instead of her favorite purple color. She was extremely satisfied with the art work. After the face painting, Emeryn were given a free entry to the giant inflatable play-land for 15minutes and 2 tokens for the kiddy ride. After sweat it out for 15mins, we stumbled upon the Deepavali Costume Photography. Each participant has to submit a proof of purchase in order to snap a photo of the Indians costume but unfortunately we have not shopped for anything. The staff was very kind to offer us a receipt to enable Emeryn to join the photography session. Emeryn had her photo taken before proceeded to the kiddy rides. Again she bumped into her another school mate, Celine and they both played before going home. We were already starving but Emeryn was too tired to go for a meal. Mummy bought home dinner instead and Emeryn fell asleep almost immediately upon reaching home.

On Sun we spent our morning at home before heading out to Gurney Paragon. Initially mummy's plan was to collect her order for contact lense but Emeryn requested to play at the indoor play-land. We ended spending near to 3.5hours there before going over to Por Por's place.

She played for 3hours and I accompanied her there all the while. She left sobbing, telling me she hasn't played enough, she wants more. Then I suggested:

Me: Why not I drop you there tomorrow and you play on your own while I go for my facial?
Emeryn: You don't have to go for facial, you go with me there.
Me: I have to go for facial coz my face got a lot of red dot dots already.
Emeryn: No, you recovered already. Your face is so beautiful now. You don't need facial.

...... obviously she is not telling the truth.
