We flew to Bali on last Tues. We woke up early and went downtown to pick Ah Kong and Por Por before heading over to mummy's office at Hotel EQ where she parked her car there. Mummy hired a taxi and sent us to the airport. At the airport, we assembled along with Ah Pak and Ah Mou before flying over to KL. We touched down at 11.45pm and waited till 4.20pm for our flight to Bali. Carmen Ee Ee and Aunty Mei & family reached after that. We had lunch at Mc D before boarding our flight to Bali. The kids were ecstatic going for holiday together for the first time.

The flight took us 3hours and we landed at Bali at about 7.20pm. After clearing immigration and custom declaration, we met our tour guide cum driver, Mr Angus at the arrival hall. Our first stop was at the Malioboro Restaurant to satisfy our hungry stomach. We had the Indonesia famous ayam tulang lunak Malioboro and it costs us a higher price. After dinner, we headed straight to Tune Hotel, Kuta and checked in to our room. After unloaded our luggage, we went out for a walk. We had a stroll along the road heading to Kuta beach up to midnite before calling it a nite.

The next day we woke up at about 7am and walked to the nearest market to grab a quick breakfast. Our driver picked us up at 8.30am and we started our journey to Batulan. Our first stop was at the Batik factory where we witnessed the batik making in process and visited their outlet. The genuine batik is way too expensive for our standard, thus we left empty handed. Before moving to our 2nd itinerary, the driver dropped us at Polo Outlet. Again we left empty handed thou the price is relatively cheaper than the price in our country.

Our 2nd main stop was the Elephant Cave. Yes, it has the name of Elephant but we see none of it there. Before the entrance, the place was full of small stores selling souvenir and shawl. We stopped by at the roadside for our lunch break before heading to Besakih Temple. We encountered some unpleasant moment dealing with the local when entering the temple where we were "forced" to give "donation". We paid a small amount of money to get a so-called guide to show us around. Since it was drizzling, we hurried our way during the walk. Before exiting the temple, mummy went back to the staff at the entrance and asked back the "donation" we were forced to pay earlier. Mummy took their photo on her camera and threaten to complain to their tourism board if they refuse to refund us. Finally we got back our IDR150,000.

Next stop was Tegalalang, the rice field where we had a glimpse of the greenish lush view. We didn't managed to get down from the car but merely enjoyed the view from the car and snapped a few pic before driving off. We then had a pitt-stop at Kintamani where we witnessed the spectacular view of the lake and volcano. It was just a 5min photo break since the weather wasn't too kind to us.

We then visited the Tirta Empul Temple, also know as the Holy Spring Temple. Visitors are allowed to cleanse or purify themselves using the holy water from the water spring. The kids were running around when suddenly Emeryn fell while running up the stairs. Her lower leg bleeds and she cried in pain. Mummy worried if she's hurting her injured  leg again. Luckily after applying some ointment, she slowly walk in a correct manner.

Our last stop of the day was Ubud Palace. We were late when we reached. We ain't allowed to visit, other than taking photo at the front entrance. We then walked across to the Ubud Market and managed to have a quick shop. The shops were already closing with only a few left. We bought some souvenir before heading for our dinner. We had another round of fantastic dinner, western cuisine. Before leaving, mummy brought 3 drawings for Emeryn to be placed at our new house in Emeryn's room. We headed back to hotel after the dinner. After showering, we walked down the street. Mummy went for her foot reflexology while Emeryn choose to braid her hair.
