My SUPER Baby

Well, today Emeryn is exactly 9 months and 3 weeks old... guess what??? today marked the day she started to walk on her own... she could walk up to 5 steps without any support... ain't she is such a super baby for a 9 months old??? most of the babies start walking on their own after their 1st birthday... she is super fast in everything and i'm proud to say that she is my super baby...she is just so great and ahead of others...she's just amazing...

By 4 months old, she is able to hold her own milk bottle and she does it all on her own without any help from us...in another words, she feed her own...And by 7 months she started to walk with support....and now she walks on her...

Cheers, Emeryn... mummy is just so proud of your achievement..you're simply the best...a perfect gift from above...

Parenthood Magazine May's Edition ~ Mini Me Contest..We Won

Received a comment on silamgirl's that my family (me, Jim & Emeryn) was featured in Parenthood Magazine May's issue...my goodness, i was so happy hearing it...yet i still don't believe it.. Jim was out for late supper and it was 12.40am.. called jim and asked him to get the magazine at any mamak stall if possible..later jim called back and confirmed it was us...i'm sooooo happy hearing it and can't wait to see it as soon as Jim is back...

It's Mini Me contest whereby i submitted both mine and jim's toddler pic when we were 1 year old together with a current family photo which included our lil' sweetheart. Well, to be honest, the family photo i submitted was the only one which we had so far... so shame, huh??? it was taken by suti, my maid and well it's not really a nice captured one... hehehehehe..what the heck as i don't have other choices..i submitted on early mac but on april's edition, we are not feature there and i thought we lose.. quite disappointed in a way...but now it turns out to be a celebration instead...yuhooooooo......

Do not know what are the prizes we won as i have yet to receive any letters from the gift department. As i know it's a Sweet Cherry product.... no worries, just wait then...and to make it more memorable, it's only 3 families photo will be featured in each month edition...

Guys, do you think emeryn look more like the mummy or the daddy???? Will submit more and more pic for all those contest...and not forgetting the caption i wrote "I have daddy's gorgeous smile and Mummy's black shiny hair. I have everything in them to be their little princess".

Different Looks from Different Angle

Here are some of Emeryn's photos taken from different angle with and without her dear pacifier...she's looking rather tired.... truly amazing....today she's such a good girl... Mummy placed her inside the baby cot and let her play with her lil' doggie... she doesn't even make any noise at all and lying quietly while holding her doggie... she has a bad habit of rubbing all the soft toy to her eyes and nose in order to make her feel drowsy before sleeping.. she hardly sleeps without her doggie... earlier mummy bought her a red patrick and she loves it so much.. but patrick is now rather dirty after absorbing with Emeryn's saliva.... Emeryn likes putting patrick's long ear inside her mouth... ewww.... patrick smells so smelly now... and we keep it aside....

Teeth Brushing.. Uh la la....

Great plan making Emeryn to start brushing her small tiny teeth at such a tender age..hope she's not as lazy as me when i was young, trying to escape brushing teeth as much as possible... yeah, lazy mummy....i hope i don't pass down such a bad habit to emeryn... emeryn's fifth's teeth is on the way now...

At first Emeryn was kind of thrill brushing her teeth with mummy's help.. ee..eh....eik...eh... such funny sounds appeared while brushing her teeth...she look amazed earlier on but now she don't fancy teeth brushing anymore.. perhaps it hurts her soft gum....oh, dear....

But mummy still make emeryn brush her teeth everyday... and now trying to make Emeryn help herself on the brushing....instead of brushing, she tries to suck the rubber toothbrush... way to go, Emeryn... let's brush together for a healthier teeth...

Billion Baby Contest ~ 14.04.07

At last decided to bring emeryn over to Billion Supermarket at Farlim to put her into the baby contest.. 3 weeks back, we were at Billion but doesn't take up any photo shoots as the promotional area doesn't look captivating nor interest me further... It was when emeryn won the consolation prize for jusco baby, i just know i gotta put her in to this contest to try her luck again...just my strong feeling having such an urge....

Reached at about 4.30pm and to my surprise, the photographer uncle still recalls Emeryn... He was telling everyone at Billion that baby emeryn was one of the finalist for jusco baby.. of coz, he's trying to promote his ability la... no evil, no devil... hehehe..well, with all sort of compliment i received from the shoppers and the promoters, i feel so proud being emeryn's mum.. feeling proud having produced such a beautiful girl...arghhh... cloud nine....for heaven's sake, i'm with all smiles..

Well, emeryn wasn't so much in the mood for the photo shoot as she was sick 2days ago.. pity, lil' model have to start posing for camera right after she recovered... terrible mummy.... :( forgive me, emeryn... mummy never thinks of it by that time...

Emeryn took few shoot with her own green dress.. then, she wore a long sleeve kinda thick winter coat... hahaha...she wasn't smiling at all... cool babe....no matter how hard i try to make her smile, i failed terribly.... soon not long after few shoots, Emeryn's getting irritating with those thick outfit and passer-by looking at her and never take their eyes off her... well, she's not comfortable at all..and then.... she started crying out of nowhere... Oh gosh.... gotta do something to make her stop crying...poor mama....

Carrying emeryn and walking around the supermarket to take her mind off the photograph session for a short while...while walking around with Emeryn in my arm with her cute outfit on, lots of people are still looking at her and giving compliment generously...hahaha...after that, make her change to a sexy outfit from the studio, bare-back and with cuttie lil' hat too....Mummy managed to snap a few shoots from then on....

Phew... at last... job done....and Emeryn get nicely dressed back on her own green dress..without wasting much time, i grabbed the contest form and drypers as the purchase in order to enter the contest...and we drove home.........
