In conjunction with mummy & daddy’s 4^th wedding anniversary & emeryn’s 2^nd birthday, we went for a family photo shooting at Regal Bride on last wed... The total package costs only at RM318 (inclusive make-up & hairdo for mummy and 2 additional pieces of photo)... Cheap, isn’t it??? Emeryn was feeling a bit uneasy with all the lightings in the studio and refuse to pose during the shoot.. We are having hard time getting her to snap it as she was running non-stop in the studio... It took us about 3.5hours from the make-up to the photo selection... It was really tiring chasing her around and changing the outfit, make-up & hairdo.. It was like the wedding photo shoot I had back then...

On Thur mummy brought emeryn to Obake-Ya, a Japanese restaurant for a group gathering... It was a “jail” type of set up and the waiter/waitress wear an inmate uniform in black and while strips.. Too bad they don’t allow us to take photo. :( Mummy only managed to took a photo in the cell and another one outside... Emeryn seems to enjoy the green tea and cawan-mushi very much.. We left about 9.45pm and it was running late for emeryn’s bedtime...

While on Sat morning, we went for breakfast at Tuitti Fruitti as they were having RM2 promotion... It may sound attractive but in reality it was just a very small portion.. No wonder its RM2 per set... Mummy brought emeryn out for breakfast on Sun morning and emeryn took an hour nap before we left for Gurney Plaza...It was just merely a window shop.. Mummy was looking out for emeryn’s birthday gift... We went to the indoor play park for a short while before leaving to granny’s... At granny’s place, emeryn had a very big bowl of shop and even had nasi kandar (a lil’ spicy)... She just loves it a lot!!! She even climbs on the grill door and reach the ceiling.. While climbing half way, she would bend her head and shout “Ah ma, kua”, Ah Kong, kua” and “mummy, kua” (means ah ma, see). How naughty???

We left at about 7pm to pick daddy up after his work... Earlier on mummy was busy packing some chocolates and jelly for emeryn's birthday party at her school next Tues...

Botanical Garden with Mummy

Recently daddy was working over the weekend... Thus our weekend outing has slow down... Last Sat, mummy brought emeryn to Sunshine Square for the photo contest.. The contest is only open to toddler below 24months old...By the time the contest closes (end of July), Emeryn has exceeded 24mths.. So not too sure if she is still eligible or not...

Earlier on, mummy brought her a Disney dress meant for her 2^nd Birthday... So Emeryn wore the dress for the photo shooting.. Before driving to Sunshine, mummy told emeryn that we are heading for the photography session and get her to smile nicely... These days she loves to smile naughtily with her eyes close mimicking her cheeky look.. Upon reaching the place, she instantly climb up to the stage and sat there... The photographer was amazed and asked mummy “This is not her first time, right?” Undeniable, this is not her first time... After the first shoot, she walked off from the stage and wonder around.. She mingles around with other kids there and hesitates to get her photo taken again...It took us sometime before we are finally done.. Mummy submitted 3 entries instead...

On Sun, we went to Granny’s house as usual but this time without daddy driving us... We hang out for a little while before heading to Botanical Garden.. We spend an hour there before heading home... Later at the night, we fetched daddy and we went for late dinner...

Outing, Outing and Outing...

Last week was full of outings and outings... On last Mon, mummy brought emeryn to Martini (where Ee-ee works) along with her colleagues... We went there for dinner..Emeryn is no longer a shy baby now... On our way to Martini, she plays and jokes around in the car...She walks freely and enjoys herself at the restaurant too... At about 8pm plus, emeryn started asking mummy to go home by saying “Mummy, back back home.”

While on Thurs, mummy brought emeryn for a swim along with Kor-kor...It was long since we last swim together.. Perhaps months ago...Emeryn was so afraid of getting into the water.. She kept clinging to mummy all the time and hardly enjoys herself... Obviously mummy has to bring emeryn to the pool more frequent...

On Fri there was another outing to Chili’s... It was a birthday celebration for Aunty Jenny... There was another group of family dining in beside us with few children...Without hesitation, emeryn walked over and played with them.. She stalked one of the kid there and followed her every where she walked...Emeryn was being too friendly and the girl seems to avoid her as emeryn trailed her every move... Haha...

Emeryn was down with slight fever on Sat and Sun... Later on Sun, she was having a bad diarrhea... This occurs each time she has her milk.. Thus we did not go anywhere during the weekend but just to spend few hours at granny’s place on Sun...

Emeryn’s 2^nd b’day is approaching soon... She is turning 2 in just a blink of eye... It means I’ve been a proud mummy for 2 years soon..Having gone through such a miracle journey along with emeryn is undeniable a great & fantastic experience.. I have never love motherhood the way I enjoy seeing emeryn growing up now...

Ever since emeryn enrolled to the kindy, she is become more attentive and she loves watching her Big Bird (Sesame Street) education vcd and some other nursery rhythm vcds as well... She has never like watching them until lately... She would sing and dance along with Big Bird...She even requested us to play the vcd everyday after her school.. Thus, mummy bought another 2 new sesame street vcds for her...Too bad, she still prefer to old ones.. Mummy stumbled upon a sale @ Borders and again mummy couldn’t resist not getting anything from the store... Mummy bought a Sesame Street Collection which consists of 6 smaller books in it..Each book comes with different title...This would a pre-earlier birthday present for emeryn and hope it will encourage her to watch her new vcds... Mummy planned to buy an Elmo and Big Bird soft toy for her birthday as well.. So that mummy could have role play with emeryn while she watches them...

Last Sat would be emeryn’s last day at Learning Garden as well... It would be very tiring for emeryn to attend school form Mon-Fri and yet on Sat as well... Thus, it’s best to stop for a lil’ while before she get use to her schooling life..On Sat nite, mummy & daddy brought emeryn to Jemputree, Tree House Dining...We went there late, thus we could hardly enjoy the nice ambience as it was way too dark.. Nevertheless, it was a very nice and cozy place...Mummy & Emeryn went up to the tree house and emeryn was scare looking down from above... Hehe... There were a few nicely decorated huts and a tree house hut but advanced reservation needed...Walking in to Jemputree bringing us the feeling of walking into a kampung...

While on Sun, daddy was a work... So mummy brought emeryn to Queensbay...Mummy bought 2 short skirts and a pair of pant of emeryn..It was on 70% and 50%. Later in the evening, mummy brought emeryn a new Patrick doggie as her current doggie (Snoopy) was too old... She hardly likes the new one... Sigh!!!
