School resumes on 15th Feb, Mon and we went back to our usual routine, work, school, tuition etc. Emeryn received a good news from Ah Ma when Ah Ma and Ah Kong agreed to pick her to school on every Wed and Thur. She always wanted to go to school as early as 6.30am but mummy rejected her request. Most of the morning we would fight and even have to start our morning with sour face over the matter of sending Emeryn early to school. Finally Ah Kong and Ah Ma picked Emeryn from our home as early as 6am and Emeryn was absolutely happy for that.

On Sat, mummy sent Emeryn to school at 7.15am for her gotong-royong session and then she went to Nissan for her scheduled maintenance service. After the car service, mummy went home for a quick refreshment before fetching Emeryn from school. We then headed over to All Season, Farlim for mummy's monthly gathering. We were there early, so we hopped to Giant for our grocery shopping before the gathering. We had lunch at Wang Thai and exchanged the Valentine's gift, which was our yearly ritual. Mummy received a set of bath towel for her gift exchange. Before leaving All Season, we were approached by a group of HLA Team where they tried to propose their current financial plan to mummy. Besides that, they have Emeryn a complimentary photo shoot. Unfortunately Emeryn was not readied for it and was just wearing her school tee shirt. Before going home, we dropped by at Nissan service centre as mummy has some complain on the brake after it is being serviced. We waited for about 30mins to get the problem rectified. Mummy waited for Emeryn to shower before we went over to Theng's Ee Ee house as she was organizing another house warming party for the Mah's family and her friends. We went there at about 4.30pm and mummy helped her with the food  preparation. That evening we went off from her home at about 10pm.

Emeryn attended Cambridge English class on Sun 1-4pm. Before the class, we went to Giant to get some cooking ingredients for mummy and Theng Ee Ee. That week Por Por decided not to cook as she was too tired helping Theng Ee Ee with her house warming on Sat. While Emeryn was at the class, mummy went over Theng Ee Ee's house. After the class, mummy brought Emeryn to Da Vinci at Sungai Ara to check out the centre as we planned to move over to this centre since it is nearer to home, compare to travel all the way to the old centre at Green Lane. The fee is more pricey in this centre. As for dinner that evening, we only had tom yam instant noodle with some leftover fish balls from the steamboat party. After the dinner, mummy has a sudden urge to visit Kek Lok Si as it was a day before the lights at Kek Lok Si turned off after the Day 15 of CNY. We hurried our way there and were literally stuck in a traffic jam. We managed to get a car park slot and had to walk quite a long distance to the entrance of Kek Lok Si. Minimumly we walked for 30mins. We boarded the elevated lift to the top of Kek Lok Si to view the spectacular lighting and its view. We spent about 45mins on top before boarding the elevated lift to the ground. Again we have to braved the long walking before getting to our car. That night we reached home near to 11pm and Emeryn quickly get to the bed to get ready for the next schooling day.

Mummy starts work on CNY Day 3, not taking any additional leave. Her aunty from Ipoh and her 2 sons left our house on Thurs evening after our movie date whereas Toki Ee Ee and Uncle Lin Chun left on Fri morning. Uncle Lin Chun is heading home to Malacca whereas Toki Ee Ee is heading to Bangkok along with Ah Kong, Por Por, Sherine Ee Ee and her family. On Fri morning, at about 6am, mummy drove to Jetty to send of Uncle Lin Chun and pick Ah Kong and Por Por from their home to airport. Toki Ee Ee was supposed to do the chores but unfortunately she and her hubby has overslept and mummy has to wake them up. Luckily all of us managed to reach on time and activities proceeded as planned. 

Mummy dropped Emeryn to Beena Kor Kor's house as she tagged along with her to work. Ah Ma and Por Por were out for CNY holiday, thus leaving Emeryn to no one taking care. After work, mummy met daddy at Pekaka and picked Emeryn home.

On Sat noon, we went out for lunch and finally we made a stop at Ceria 99, a place which Emeryn has kept on pestering mummy to bring her to. She wanted to buy "baby crystal" which her schoolmate introduced to her. It was our second visit to a different store but we still can't locate it. Instead mummy bought some kitchen utensil at Ceria 99 before Emeryn had her lunch opposite the store. After lunch, we walked next door and visited Long Wan for the first time. It is like a huge mini market but she didn't grab anything there. We headed home after that to wait for Joel & Joey to come over for a swim. The kids swam for 2hours, up to 6pm. After the swim, we got ready to Theng Ee Ee's house warming. Before going over, we ordered 2 pizzas to bring over. After the house warming, we went for a CNY gathering at 2F Coffee with mummy's friends. Emeryn played her iPad games and read some comics provided by the coffee place while mummy catch up with her friends.

Our usual schedule has almost gotten back to the routine where Emeryn attended her Cambridge English on Sun, 1-4pm. We had lunch prior to the class. After the class, we went home and continue watching our tvb before going out to grab dinner later in the evening. That night Emeryn slept at about 10pm, preparing for her school the next morning.

On CNY Eve, we went over to Por Por's house in the afternoon and had our meal there. It was supposed to be our mini reunion but all of us ate at different time under the same roof. We spent few hours of the afternoon at Por Por's house before going over to mummy's granny house for a bigger family reunion steamboat dinner. This kind of reunion is an usual family affair we had since many years ago at mummy's granny's house. Our initial plan was to have coffee with Sherine Ee Ee and her family at nite but eventually they couldn't make it, so we headed home after the steamboat.

The next morning we woke up to the First Day of CNY, slightly late as we don't have much to do. After getting ready, we drove to Por Por's house and had a quick lunch before meeting mummy's relative of Por Por's side. All of us gathered there at about 1.30pm for the ang pow giving session and our yearly family shooting. We then went back to Por Por's house to wait for Sherine Ee Ee & her family to join us. Mummy then received a surprise call  from her aunty from Ipoh, saying that they are reaching Penang in 30mins. They caught all of us in surprise as we are not expecting any guest. We went out to the mamak for an early dinner before we drove home and Sherine Ee Ee & her family went for a movie. Mummy's aunty and her two cousin brothers went to Por Por's house for a quick refreshment. All of us gathered together at Coffee Arabica at about 9pm. It was mummy's first time meeting her cousin brother after more than 12years not seeing him. He has just came back from working at UK. It was a great catch up session as most of us are there except Toki Ee Ee and her hubby. We ended the coffee session at 11pm+ and we drove home. The rest of mummy's cousins went for supper while waiting for Toki Ee Ee to reach Penang. She and Uncle Lin Chun took a train from Segamat to Butterworth. That nite onwards Toki Ee Ee and her hubby, mummy's aunty and cousin brothers from Ipoh stayed with us. Mummy had a chat with her cousins and Toki Ee Ee past mid nite when they reached.

The next morning Emeryn went for a swim with Toki Ee Ee and Uncle Lin Chun before we headed out to Than Siang Temple to offer prayers for mummy's grandparents. After the prayers, we had our lunch at Sunshine Market before dropping by at Giant to get some goodies for the old folks at Bethel Home. We went to Theng's Ee Ee new home as it was the official date of her moving in. After visiting her new home we drove to Bethel Home to visit the old folks, bringing ang pow and some goodies to be distributed. It was our second year visiting old folks home during CNY. Next we headed to Kuan Yin Temple for prayers and proceeded to have our meal at Esplanade. Later in the evening, we went to mummy's aunty's house warming cum CNY gathering at Balik Pulau. Mummy's relative from the Mah's side went along with us to the house warming of the Chongs. We finally reached home at about 10.30pm after a long day out.

Mummy started working on CNY Day 3 while Emeryn tagged along with Toki Ee Ee. After Ee Ee's meeting with her insurance agent, she brought Emeryn for a quick swim before going down town to run her errand. Later in the afternoon, the whole family went to Gurney Paragon for a walk and a drink before having dinner at Gurney Drive hawker stall. Mummy joined them after her work. After finishing our dinner, we walked to towards the sea and enjoyed the sea breeze. To end the evening, we headed to Kek Lok Si. It was too jam that mummy dropped Ah Kong & Por Por at Ee Ee's friends house and we headed home instead. All of them then proceeded to walk to Kek Lok Si instead.

Mummy took half day leave in the afternoon on CNY Day 4 and we had our family reunion lunch at May Garden. We then headed to QBM after our lunch for our movie date, Let's Eat. Before the movie starts, we went to the centre court to snap some family photo. Our family totally adore taking selfie, wefie and anything just to do with photo. After the movie, we had our supper at Super Tanker together before parted on our own way. Mummy's aunty and both cousin brothers from Ipoh left after the dinner. Toki Ee Ee and Uncle Lin Chun stayed with us for another nite before Ee Ee left for Bangkok with Ah Kong & Por Por.
