On Sat Emeryn attended Maths tuition in the morning and Dynamic class by noon. After the class, we brought home packed lunch. We then showered and get ourselves readied to pick Karise before heading to Copthorne Orchid Hotel. Mummy has booked 2 rooms for our short staycation since it was the school term break. After checked in to our rooms, we walked to beach through the hotel exit and the kids had their play time despite the heat from the scorching sun. Mummy brought along laksa and some cut fruits for our mini picnic. After emptying our food basket, all of us dipped into the sea water and later had a quick swim at the hotel's pool before going back to our rooms. We then headed out for dinner at Vantage Desiran area for baba nyonya cuisine. We dropped by at Tesco after our dinner before going back to the hotel.

The next morning we woke up early and went for our complimentary breakfast by the hotel. The main highlight of the day was the Teddy Ville Museum. We were there by 11.30am and snapped quite an amount of photo. The kids wasn't too excited and only played along when mummy wanted to take some photo. Though it wasn't too huge compares to the teddy bear museum at Jeju & Seoul, it was enough for us to spend a good 3hours there.

We then headed to Por Por's house for our usual Sun visit before going home.

We started to loosen a lil' since the school exam was over. Emeryn attended her tuition classes as usual and Dynamic Kids on Sat. After the class, mummy stopped at Sunshine Market as Emeryn requested for porridge for her lunch. She was so happy that porridge is still available at that time. While mummy drove, she had it in the car. Mummy brought her to O2 Clinic as she complained of some breakouts on her cheeks. We then spent our afternoon at home and even napped for 2hours in the late afternoon. Mummy had to wake Emeryn up at about 8.30pm and we then rode our motorcycle out for late dinner.

Emeryn attended her Sunday tuition in the morning before we headed over to Por Por's house after her class.

From FB >>> 3days ago she pestered me to bring her to skin clinic as she felt differently on her cheek; not smooth and some tiny bumps. She said "I can no longer shoot nice video for my tik tok." My friend said I should use toner and moisturiser etc etc.... 

And the doctor said to me "You should be glad that she wanted to look beautiful."

First Exam in Secondary School Life

Emeryn was off from school on Mon as it was a replacement school holiday as they did their Merentas Desa activity on last Sat. On Mon morning before work, mummy dropped Emeryn to Teacher Elaine's house as she wanted to revise Maths with Emeryn prior to her school exam. Mummy came out during her lunch hour to send Emeryn to daycare for her next tuition. After work we went home for a quick refreshment before going out for the next tuition. We had our dinner at McDonald before the class.

The school exam was held on 28th Feb. It was the first ever exam Emeryn sat for her Secondary School. The first day of exam consist of 3 papers. Honestly speaking, up to date we hardly find time to revise. Her usual schedule was too full, full of tuition classes. On Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri she would be attending a tuition class at her daycare right after school. While on Mon & Tues evening, she has to attend her BM and Math classes too aside from her Dynamic English on Sat & Bestari tuition on Sun. Hopefully she has gained enough knowledge from all her classes and do not need any revision for now. 

Uncle Leonard came back again on last week. We started our intensive revision earlier and continued on Fri evening. As usual Emeryn attended her Dynamic English on Sat 11.15am and mummy visited the hair salon. After the class, we bought lunch back home. After lunch, we continued with revision till evening. While Emeryn had her dinner in the evening at home and mummy gave her some time to unwind, mummy & Uncle Leonard went for dinner at Sushi Zento.

While Emeryn was at Bestari tuition on Sun, mummy & Uncle Leonard went to QBM for a quick shopping and brunch. After that mummy went over to Por Por's house and brought home rice & dishes for Emeryn. After Bestari tuition, we came home for more revision again. By 8.30pm mummy sent Uncle Leonard to the bus station as he was heading back to Singapore.
