CNY Shopping

her 1st high heels

3rd CNY dress

translation to Han Yu Pin Yin

It was another public holiday on 24th Jan, Thurs, The Prophet Muhammad's Birthday. We spent the whole morning at home with mummy guiding Emeryn on her school work. CNY is drawing nearer and we need to do our shopping too. We drove out to the Tan & Ho Child Optometry Clinic Sdn Bhd for Emeryn's eye check up. Earlier we detected she has astigmatism but it does not need to be corrected at that point of time. It was more like an annual check. At first Emeryn was a lil' uneasy with all the equipments in the room and she was scared and refused to do further check. After much consolation by the doctor, she gave in. The doctor was very child-friendly and very accommodative. It is highly recommended for young children. Emeryn's eye condition was good and we will come back for another yearly check up.

We then walked over to Tan Mark Bookstore and finally managed to buy the BM and BC textbook. After leaving the bookstore, we drove over to Prangin Mall for our CNY hunting. We managed to buy another beautiful dress for Emeryn at RM75. We went for our fav tom yam before continuing our shopping. We spotted a pair of high heels for Emeryn. Emeryn begged mummy to get it for her, and after much begging mummy gave in to her request. She was obviously happy with her heels. She wanted to wear it immediately but mummy rejected. Upon reaching home, Emeryn wore the heels and walked around parading her so-called new found love.

Last Fri mummy didn't go out for her usual dinner and drinks outing. After picking Emeryn from school, we drove pass by pasar malam at Perak Lane. It was huge and mummy tempted to go for a walk but unfortunately she can't find a car park space. We went home and thought of coming over after our shower. After mummy came out from shower, Emeryn has already fallen asleep. Thus, it was another silent nite for mummy.

Emeryn attended Art Class on Sat as usual and spent her Sat afternoon at Pekaka. As for Sun, we went over to Por Por's house as usual for our meal. Por Por helped to translate Emeryn's BC textbook into Han Yu Pin Yin for mummy for easier guidance.

Update from fb: Lil' cheeky was waiting patiently for me to finish my ironing for a board game together. I keep on telling her tomorrow, we will have a game session but she insisted to wait thou she was a bit sleepy. The ironing seems to take me forever. I halted for a moment, turned off the iron and we had a game. She was all happy even thou she lost. I'm glad that I stopped my chores to give her the lil' time she wanted. Kids are easy to pleased :)
