Flying off to Haneda, Japan

Emeryn attended Art Class on Thurs instead of Sat as we were flying off to Japan on Sat. On Sat morning, we woke up early as mummy needs to do some last min packing. Ah Kong came to our place with the intention to drive us to airport since Toki Ee Ee has not arrived yet. Just before we were about to leave home, Ee Ee called and informed us that she has arrived at the Sg Nibong bus terminal. So Ah Kong drove home and mummy drove to the bus terminal to picked up Toki Ee Ee and Uncle Lin Chun. We drove to airport before leaving mummy's car for both of them.

We met aunty Jenny and her family at the check in counter and then we proceeded to the boarding gate. We were there early, thus we waited for an hour before flying off to KL. We headed to Mc D upon reaching LCCT, where we assembled along with Aunty Revatay and Deelyne who will be traveling along with us. We waited for about 5hours before our transit flight to Haneda. We had a meal before boarding. Co-incidentally mummy bumped into her COO on the same flight. The kids sat together on the flight and continued with their non-stop chit-chatting and games on the tablets. The whole journey took us almost 8hours but luckily Emeryn was able to get a quick nap on the plane. We landed safely at 11pm, local time and hurried to the immigration counter to clear all the custom declaration before boarding the monorial to Hamamatsucho Station. We then interchanged to the JR Yamanote Line to alighted at the Takadanobaba station, where our guesthouse were located. The whole journey from airport were very smooth and it took us about 45mins. We had another long walk before reaching the guesthouse. Due to the limitation on the route map given, we have to stopped and asked several times for direction.

We finally found the guesthouse with some good samaritan's help and checked in to T-Tower Guesthouse at about 1am. Yes, it was mid nite and the weather was falling apart too. It was a long tiring journey and all of us had a good nite sleep.
