Our Mini Gateway to Genting Highlands

Last Fri mummy and her group of friend went to Genting for a short gateway. As usual Emeryn would tagged along. We started our journey as early as 7.30am and we stopped for our dim sum breakfast at Ipoh. We took our time on the road and make a few stops at the r&r before reaching Genting. We reached Genting at about 12.30pm but we waited for almost 30mins to secure ourselves a car park space. We checked into Resort Hotel and came out for our lunch at Hao Mei. It was a Chinese cuisine. Emeryn started to get a slight fever and she reacted a lil' rough. Mummy bought the panadol syrup at Watson and fed Emeryn. In no time, she turned active again. We then proceeded to get ourselves the indoor theme park ticket. We played some of the rides before going back to the room for a rest. Emeryn watched her fav movie on mummy's notebook instead of taking her afternoon nap in the room.

After spending an hour or so in the room, we decided to go out to the theme park again. This round mummy and Emeryn finished all the rides and we walked around. Mummy got a set of Barbie pencil and Hello Kitty pen for Emeryn and earring for herself and Emeryn. We had our dinner at the Shanghai Palace at around 8.30pm. We headed to the room right after dinner. We took our bath and again Emeryn watched her fav movie, Dora before falling asleep. The next morning we had our breakie at a Chinese Restaurant before checking out. The whole trip revolved around with Chinese cuisine. We departed at around 10.15am and stopped half way for lunch. We finally reached home at 3pm. Both mummy and Emeryn slept almost immediately upon reaching home till at least 7pm. Later mummy drove out and bought dinner home.

We spent our Sun morning at home and mummy only drove Emeryn out for lunch at Egate. Again it was Chinese Cuisine; Hongkie in fact at Boston. After lunch, we drove to Island Glades to get a few packs of "mua chee" to be delivered to ofh later on. We headed home after that and went over to ofh at around 5pm. We dated Carmen Ee Ee to meet at ofh. Emeryn helped mummy to distribute the "mua chee" to the old folks there and she was happy doing that. Emeryn asked why mummy has to buy all of them "mua chee"; that was when mummy started to relate Emeryn to some moral stories.

After our visit to the ofh, we headed over to por por's place for our usual Sun visit. Carmen Ee Ee tagged along as well. After our dinner, we drove to Tesco. Mummy spent about 2 hours at Tesco doing her groceries shopping. Emeryn was too tired end of the day after the shopping, so we headed home.
