On and off mummy will take turn with Ah Kong fetching Emeryn from school. For a start Ah Kong is fetching 2 boys before fetching Emeryn to the daycare. Since CNY is approaching, mummy kept herself busy with all the baking. She started off with the cranberry shortbread cookies which Uncle Leonard sold to the FV residents and we got quite an overwhelming response. Mummy started baking peanut cookies on Mon nite. On Fri evening, we went to Park's Kitchen a small family-based Korean restaurant located at Perak Road. It was mummy's second time there and the meal was quite good.
On Sat, mummy & Uncle Leonard tried out their first baking on carrot cake with walnut and the result turned out to be super yummy despite a little damp. Emeryn attended 4 tuition classes on Sun before coming home for a swim. Later that evening, Uncle Leonard came over and cooked aglio olio to be taken for the next day's breakfast.
