Phuket Day 3 & 4

Phi Phi Island

@Jungceylon

@ Safari Tour

We started our Day 3 at Phuket as early as 6.30am where we were greeted by the agent who picked us up from at the hotel at 7.45am. We traveled almost an hour to the jetty before we transferred to the cruise where we sailed for the whole day. We got the so-called VIP room since we were in a bigger group.

First we arrived at the first island, Khai Nok Island. It was a great place for swimming and relaxing on the beach. After we departed from Khai Island, we were pampered with a buffet lunch on board. We then proceeded to Maya Bay. The crystal clear water greeted us along with lovely coral. We were really unfortunate as the weather wasn't too kind to us. It started raining 5 mins after we soaked ourselves into the water. Por Por went into the sea for the first time but she had a bad experience. She didn't know how to breathe in the water and chocked herself. Emeryn, another lil' monster who was too scared to go into the water and kept crying. That was the end of the story of us going into the sea.

We then proceeded to Phi Phi Island where we visited the village and walked around. Shopping isn't advise there as it's far more pricey compare to other places. After 45mins, we got into the cruise again where we transferred back to the harbor and then back to our hotel. In the evening, Ah Kong and Ah Pak went for Thai Boxing while the rest of us took a tuk tuk to Patong Beach for dinner and a walk at the flea market.

The next day we went for Safari tour which includes:
  • 4x4 Jeep Safari
  • Ox-cart riding
  • Elephant trekking
  • Elephant show
  • Thai Boxing
  • Nature Canoe
  • Rice farming
  • Thai cooking show
  • Monkey house
  • Elephant show
  • Rubber tapping
  • Fish Spa

We ended the safari tour at noon and we requested the driver to drove us at Jungceylon, the biggest shopping mall at Patong. We had our lunch there and walked around the mall before going back to the hotel. Some of us proceeded to a massage next to the hotel to pamper our feet and body after a tiring day. In the evening we took a tuk tuk to Bangla Road where we had our dinner at Jungceylon again before enjoying our local shopping at the flea market. Before going back to the hotel, we make sure we walked along the happening pubs and witnessed those pole dancing. It was such a happening place especially for those who love to drink and dance.
