We flew from Penang to Kuala Lumpur at 5.10pm and reached LCCT at 6pm. We reunite with the rest at Starbucks while waiting for ah kong, por por, ah pak and ah mow to arrived. They took a morning bus to KL to visit some relative before heading to LCCT. It was a family gathering at LCCT where mummy's relatives stay awhile for catch up while waiting for our transit. We snapped some photos before boarding. The 10 of us flew to Phuket at about 8.40pm and reached at 9.10pm the local Thai time. As soon as we stepped out to the arrival hall, we checked out the tour counter. After much bargaining we got a good deal, with 1100thb for 1 day Phi Phi Island with free one way airport to hotel transfer.

We hopped into the minivan where we traveled for an hour before reaching Patong Lodge. It was already 11pm when we finally checked into the rooms. With tired souls, we took a bath and had our good nite sleep before the next day adventure. It was our second huge family trip since the last China trip. The next morning, Emeryn insisted mummy to bring her for a swim before meeting the rest. She has requested for it the night before as soon as she fell in love with the lovely pool. We both went down for a quick swim, probably for 30mins. Thereafter we gathered with the rest at the lobby at 9am. After making some call and arranging for the day's activities, we finally called up a cabbie which only charged us 700thb for a half day city tour. That was a real catch. The driver stopped us at the Simon Cabaret where we purchased our ticket for the same nite show.

We started with the tour to Karon Beach, where we only passed through the beach without getting off from the cabbie. Next destination was Kata Beach, where we were allowed to get off from the cabbie and witnessed the real Phuket Beach. It was breath-taking when our foot touches the soft white sands on the beach. We quickly snapped some photo before leaving. We then passed through the Kata Noi Beach. Not long after that, we stopped over at the Viewpoint of Phuket, which is very well known and famous for the tourists who visit to Phuket. The spectacular and panoramic view was just perfect from the View Point especially seeing the crystal clear water and the greenery lush. It was a scenic drive along the famous beaches of Phuket.

We then arrived at the Elephant Camp whereby we could watch some elephant and monkey show. We refused to go in after knowing the pricey entrance fee and we have make plan to have a half day Safari Tour on the next two days. We didn't stay long there before we continued our tour to Wat Chalong. This temple is very famous for its monks in the previous time. Chalong temple is the most important Buddhist temple and it is the biggest temple in Phuket where people came and asked for good health and good luck. We toured around but did not managed to complete it all as the weather was very hot and we melted under the sun. Some of us offered prayer before we headed over to the flea market for a walk. We had coconut drink to quench our thirst and shopped for hat. After all the shopping, we went for our a sumptuous lunch. We then visited the jewelry & pearl factory which was not our intention. Our last stop was at the cashew nut factory where we can taste a variety of cashew nut. We were sent back to the hotel at about 4pm.

We had a rest in the hotel before walking along Patong Beach in the evening. We took a stroll at the beach before stopping for dinner by the road side. We continued walking towards the Simon Cabaret after our dinner. On our way, we got a great bargain for a half day tour at the Safari Tour at only 900 thb and bought 2 thai boxing entrance ticket for ah kong and ah pak. It was a long walk to Simon Cabaret and it took more than 30mins. We were late when we reached but nevertheless we enjoyed the show a lot. After the show, we stood outside the hall and snapped some photo of the pretty lady boys before taking a tuk tuk back to the hotel. It was a long day for all of us.
