Mummy was taken aback

Again Emeryn never failed to amazed mummy with her conversation. Mummy was urging Emeryn to hurry up on one morning as she was late to work.

Mummy: Quick, Emeryn. Mummy is late already. We need to go off now. Hurry up, please.

Emeryn: Ok la.

Mummy: Faster, faster, faster. Arggghh.. Later mummy's boss is going to scold mummy for being late. All is because of Emeryn.

Emeryn: Mummy, if your boss scold you, I will ask my kakak to kick her to London and give her fly far far.

Mummy was laughing so hard and wonder where she learns it from. Mummy asked "Who taught you about flying to London with a kick?"

Emeryn: Ern Ern la. (that's her classmate)

Recently Emeryn likes to choose her own clothing. And now she prefer to wear a skirt + legging. Perhaps it's a new fashion to her now. Mummy is now so engrossed with her new toy which she got it last Sat. It costs mummy RM1700 + RM350 for the additional flash light.

Mummy brought kakak home with us on Fri nite to take care of Emeryn while mummy is out with her friends for X'mas eve lil' celebration. Mummy was off from work at 3pm and we fetched kakak home right after that. When mummy was about to leave home; Emeryn started sobbing and asked for permission to tag along but mummy told her No.

We sent kakak back to Pekaka at about 12.30pm and headed to Old Town, Egate for lunch. Mummy ordered mee jawa and Emeryn had a very big portion on the noodle. Right after our sumptuous lunch, we headed to downtown where mummy purchased her new love; samsung NX100.

While on Sun, we went out at around 4pm and stopped by at Mc Donalds as lil' cheeky asked for ice cream; where mummy bought her choc sundae. Mummy also got some biscuit to distribute to the old folks at the ofh. We headed to the ofh to visit ah chor. Ah chor's palm has gotten really dry and she is lack of exercise. Mummy applied some baby oil on ah chor's palm and upper arm and did some hand exercise on ah chor; to make sure her palm is moisture again. Mummy carried her to the wheel chair; to make sure she don't sit on her usual position which makes her lazy to move her body and later causes some movement difficulties. Emeryn distributed the biscuit to all the old folks there before leaving. Ah kong and por por were at the ofh as well. We left ofh at about 6pm and headed to Esplanade as lil' cheeky was dying to play at the playground. That was where mummy started trying on her new toy. We went over to por por's after our playground time and had our dinner there.

Cheeky Conversation on Sunday

Mummy woke up really late today and getting a bit lazy. Again lil' cheeky ask for porridge for lunch. The lazy mummy opt for the lazy way; ikan bilis porridge with chicken burger in tiny pieces. Though it's a fast meal but hell it's still chicken anyway. Lol. When it's ready:

Emeryn: I want pumpkin moy moy. I don't want this chicken burger.

Mummy: If you don't finish it, no playground time for you later.

Lil' cheeky finally gave in and said "Ok, I will try first, if it's not yummy, I'll spit it out, ok?"



Later it followed with another cheeky conversation:

Emeryn: Mummy, please feed me.

I was busy blogging and facebooking; thus replied "I'm busy now; I can't fish you." My tongue go out the other round and pronounce f-i-s-h.

Emeryn: Feed la; not fish la. How can you fish me? Haiyo".

On Sat evening, mummy brought Emeryn to Queensbay Mall as she has signed up an event for Emeryn at 8.30pm. It was Barbie's movie day for the kids. Before the event, we watched Barbie's life fashion show and it was amazingly enchanting; just the same way we saw it in the movie. We then had our dinner at Xian Ding Wei before the movie. It was Barbie A Fashion Fairytale. Emeryn watched it at home many times but still insist to watch together with the other kids; while mummy stood there waiting for 90mins. After the show, the kids have a chance to meet Barbie & Ken in person where Emeryn did not missed her chance shaking hands with Barbie. Each of the kids who were registered were given a small goodie bag and a chocolate milk drink. Before leaving QBM, we snapped a few photos at the X'mas deco.

Whilst on Sun mummy was working at a career fair at Pisa; she sent Emeryn to por por's at about 8.30am. Ah kong and por por brought Emeryn to Botanical Garden where she had her water play. She fell down while running there but it was just a minor injury. Por por said that a monkey nearly snatch Emeryn's snack over there. Mummy picked Emeryn at about 6.30pm and we went home right after that.

Last Tues was a public holiday and we had our breakfast at Pekaka kopitiam. After the breakfast, mummy went to the dentist for her annual check along with Emeryn. After mummy had her treatment done, it was Emeryn's turn. She was so frightened that she cried because she was taken aback as she stood next to mummy when she had her treatment done. Emeryn saw the whole eerie process and was too reluctant to even open her mouth for a very simple check. Finally we left the dental clinic without having Emeryn to check. It was the 1st attempt and yet a failed attempt. Never mind, we shall try the next one again. We then headed to the hair salon and had Emeryn hair trimmed. It was such a simple trim and it costed RM10. Darn... Mummy should have do it for Emeryn instead. We went to Tesco after that and bought some frozen food home where mummy prepared hamburger for our late lunch. Amazingly Emeryn could finished one whole burger all by herself.

Mummy started to play some simple online games with Emeryn burEmeryn has some difficulties controlling the mouse. Well, way to go... Mummy went on leave on Fri morning. She woke up earlier and make spaghetti for breakfast. Emeryn doesn't fancy spaghetti and she had very lil' of it. Mummy dropped Emeryn to school before she delivered her home-cooked spaghetti to her office. She went home for her breakfast before going downtown to Air Asia sales office and Hwa Jing Travel to settle some flight issue and to confirm our next year trip to Beijing. Mummy dropped by at 1st Avenue but left within 30mins. She then bought a black and white gown for Emeryn. Mummy fetched Emeryn home at around 3pm and realized the gown was a lil' too small for Emeryn. So we rushed to town again for an exchange.

Finally on the same day, we had Emeryn's room roller blind readied. It's so nice and we love it a lot. Later in the evening, we went to Batu Feringhi and bough 6 dvds for Emeryn. We had our western food dinner at Tg Tokong. After reaching home, Emeryn insisted to watch her new movie and we ended up calling it a day at about 12am.

We stayed at home for the whole Sat where Emeryn continue doing her movie marathon and mummy re-arranged the furniture in Emeryn's room. Mummy also dissembled the baby cot and make space for her toys. Now that the room looks so much spacious and tidy. Emeryn took her late afternoon nap and after the nap mummy drove out to get dinner.

On Sun morning, we went to Jelutong market and ended up buying our breakfast and a set of barbie doll and its dresses for Emeryn. Later in the afternoon, we visited por por and ah kong as usual but did not managed to go to ofh because it was late.

X'mas deco @ Straits Quay

We spent our Sat morning at home and went out to Island Glades to get some food for lunch. Mummy had laksa and lil' cheeky was also begging to have laksa. She simply loves hot & sour stuff; so just like mummy . That's mummy's daughter; undeniable. Mummy got Emeryn to sleep at around 5.45pm and expect her to wake up later, so we could go out and grab our dinner together. Ended up Emeryn slept until the next morning resulting mummy had instant noodle for her late dinner instead.

On Sun we had brunch with Aunty Mei and Flo at Pappa Rich. We brought along the bubble play and both Emeryn & Flo blew bubbles after their meal. We also gave Flo a birthday gift where mummy got her a few books from Popular on last week. We left Pappa Rich at around 1pm and headed to Tg Bungah Hotel where we sneaked in to the swimming pool. Emeryn dare not go into the pool alone, thus she played by the pool side. She then played at the playground before leaving. We then headed to Straits Quay, the new and classy shopping complex. There was lotsa X'mas deco where mummy snapped some nice photo of Emeryn. We also walked around the promenade area and Emeryn requested an ice cream from mummy before leaving.

On our way to Por Por's place, we dropped by at Metrojaya Warehouse Sales, at Island Plaza. Mummy parked her car at the illegal side parking and hopped in to the warehouse sales. It was a quick walk and we did not managed to grab any stuff from the sales. We then went over to por por's house for our dinner. Again she prepared some fried fish for Emeryn's dinner on Mon. We bought banana as we wanted to distribute to the olf folks at ofh. After our dinner, we went over to ofh to visit mummy's granny where Emeryn distributed all the bananas that we brought along. We stayed awhile before going home and we reached home at 8pm. We went out for more than 8hours that day and Emeryn took an early sleep on that particular nite. It was a long tiring weekend for us but nevertheless we had fun.
