Finally on Tues Emeryn brought home the souvenir from Daddy which he bought from Singapore. It was 5 years ago since we last visited Universal Studio. Ever since then Emeryn has been asking for the water tumbler with fan attached and keep pestering Toki Ee Ee to get one for her if she chance upon it in Singapore. Her wish list is finally checked when daddy bought her one and also a huge Minion water tumbler from Universal Studio. She was on the cloud nine getting it. That night before our bedtime, mummy decided it was time to introduce sex education to Emeryn since she is going into her pre-teen now and could be reaching puberty anytime now. It is always good to do it sooner rather than being embarrass talking about it later. It wasn’t easy for mummy to explain how an egg & sperm get together to make a baby but we had a good read together and Emeryn shown huge interest learning it.

New Year Eve falls on Thurs and Ah Ma picked Emeryn half day in the afternoon from her daycare. Later that evening, Emeryn joined Joel & Joey at this kindy for a new year eve party. Beena Kor Kor dropped her home at about 10.30pm after the party. She came home with a 2016 face art on her cheek.

We spent our 1st day of the 2016 chapter at home with mummy cooking breakfast and lunch.  We had the same meal for our dinner too. In the evening we went for coffee with mummy’s friend at 3 Leg Cat Café. Finally we found a newly opened café which is nearer to home; or else we would really have to travel far for a drink. This new place is equipped with some board games and also a play station. We left the place at about 11pm as we were getting really sleepy.

We had a simple breakfast at home on Sat morning before heading to Pusat Bahasa Titian Jaya. Mummy has made an appointment with the principal to enrol Emeryn for Cambridge English. We were there at about 1pm and Emeryn was given a test to determine which level she should join. She scores 25/30 and that place her in Project 3. According to the principal, Project 3 is equivalent to Malaysia Standard 6 level. The course fee is really expensive, RM2100 for 30 weeks and to complete it, she needs to attend a total of 90weeks. If we pay for all 90weeks course, it would cost us RM4785 after giving some discount. We then headed for our late lunch before going home. In the evening we went out for dinner before meeting mummy’s friends for a gathering at The Daily Dose. As usual Emeryn would choose to tag along. Emeryn started to feel unwell that evening itself, complaining about having mild sore throat, cough and sneezing.

On Sun we went to Klinik 1 Malaysia to get some prescription for Emeryn. She was having some mild fever and was prescribed Panadol in tablet, instead of syrup. It was her time swallowing a tablet and she had difficulty doing it. At her first attempt, she almost throws up. Later on our way going to Por Por’s house, we dropped by at Times Square. It has been renovated and part of the new wing is now rebranded to MMall O2O. To our surprise, the place was quite crowded. Many of us were attracted to the mural on the wall and the 3d art. Mummy took more than 200 pieces photo of Emeryn there. Emeryn co-operated despite she was under the weather. Before leaving, mummy rewarded her with the sand painting she asked for. We then headed to Por Por’s house and had our dinner there before going home. That night was the 1st night Emeryn and mummy has to sleep early as we were scheduled to wake up by 6am.
