Hello Kitty Land

 @ City Square

Toki Ee Ee and mummy's cousins decided not to join us at Johor. Thus we proceeded with our original plan of visiting Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park which consists of Hello Kitty Land and The Little Big Club. Emeryn woke mummy up as early as 7am and requested mummy to bring her to 7-11 to grab her breakfast. She bought milk and biscuit for breakfast. We then get ourselves ready for our Day 2 adventure. We went to the lobby and check for transportation to Puteri Harbour at the reception. We were very fortunate to be offered a ride at only RM20 for both of us, instead of paying RM60 per cab. We shared a 7-seaters with another family of 5. The driver dropped them at Legoland before sending us to Puteri Harbour. It started raining as soon as we reached the 3-storey complex. We purchased a combo park ticket at RM85 each. Mummy did not bring along our Legoland ticket, else we would be entitle for a 10% discount. This is the first Sanrio Hello Kitty theme park outside of Japan, consists of various walk-through attractions, interactive activities and rides which follow the Hello Kitty theme.

Before going in, we snapped some photo at the cafe next to the ticketing counter. We were greeted by the Bad Badtz-Maru with his naughty actions which Emeryn dislikes. We went to the Hello Kitty Friendship Land and enjoyed our first ride together, tea cup rides. Right after the ride, we have the photo opportunities with Hello Kitty before proceeding to Cookie Studio. We both made our Hello Kitty shaped cookies there. At the Wishful Studio, we also have the chance to enjoy jewelry making and badge making with Sanrio characters on it. We made a bracelet with the Hello Kitty ribbon.

Next we visited the iconic Hello Kitty house complete with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It was nicely decorated with pinkish Hello Kitty theme, such a fairy tale imagination. Emeryn also spent some time at the indoor playground before we proceeded to the Black Wonder, a hi-tech interactive themed experience and Kitty House. Before ending our tour at Hello Kitty, we were entertained at the "Purrfect" stage which houses a live performance by Hello Kitty and her friends.

We continued to the second level of The Little Big Club where it houses Pingu's Igloo, Barney's Yard & Playhouse, Angelina's Dance Studio and Bob the Builder Play Structure. As we stepped into Level 2, we were just in time to watch the Barney's live sing-along show. Next Emeryn visited the Barney's Playhouse where the kids can watch the Barney movie on the tv screen with a re-creation of the set in the television series. Amongst the 6 themed interactive play zones at The Little Big Club is the Angelina Ballerina play zone where the little dancing stars can dress up and get a dance class from their favourite ballerina, Angelina. The little participants were dressed in cute tutus.

We went to the Lat's Place for our lunch. Over there we get the opportunity to discover life in Lat's village at this state-of-art themed restaurant, where Lat the Kampung Boy and his LAToon friends come to life through live animation. Impressively the lunch set was really delicious and Emeryn enjoyed every bits of it.

After lunch we continued our adventure to the Bob the Builder's interactive 'Build It Zone' where the kids can join Bob's 'Can-do Crew' and help their favourite builder by getting involved in all aspects of building a house. We skipped the South Pole at Pingu's very own igloo as we need to pay for the games there.

At Level 3, we also get the chance to ride Bertie the bus for a journey, fly on Harold the Helicopter, join Toby on his favourite Windmill Ride, visit Sir Topham Hatt's play station and join in the fun at the Thomas & Friends Imagination Station where we had a train ride. The ride Emeryn enjoyed the most were Colin Crane Drop Ride and Bumping Buffers Steamies & Diesels Ride. Mummy could hear her laughter everywhere. In addition to all of this, we didn't missed the chance to captured the  interactive character meet and greets throughout the day.

The park closed at 6pm and Emeryn bought a Barney t-shirt as a souvenir before leaving. Instead of taking the pricey cab ride back to the hotel, we took a bus ride to JB Sentral. The whole journey took us about 40mins. We had our dinner at KFC before taking a cab back to the hotel as Emeryn refused to shop around at City Square. She slept at 9pm after getting her shower.

We started our last day at Johor late. After grabbing a quick breakfast, we lazed around in the room until we checked out at 11am. We then took a cab to City Square along with Aunty Su Ching and You Ying. We walked separately upon reaching and meet again at 3pm to catch a cab to the Johor Premium Outlet. We had our lunch before going over to JPO. We shopped for about 2 hours at JPO before taking the bus ride heading to the airport. Ah Kong and Por Por picked us from the airport and we went for a late dinner before they dropped us home.
