Theater for Kids

the Mandarin notes

During the Art Class, Emeryn brought home a flyers of a kids show at Penang Pac. As per requested by lil' cheeky, I've bought the ticket. That's our date on the Deepavali holiday :) We started our revision intensively since the following week would be the exam week. We did our revision daily for at least 1.5hour a day, apart from finishing the school homework.

Fri was the prize giving day and only the prize winners need to attend school. Obviously Emeryn wasn't one of them. Mummy sent her to daycare in the morning session and picked her up during noon time. Mummy went on half day leave on the same day to clear some of her leaves. We headed downtown to send the hairdryer for repair and went for lunch with Toki Ee Ee before going home for revision again.

Mummy left to KL on Sat morning for her company annual dinner, which was also mummy's 32nd birthday. Mummy sent Emeryn to Pekaka while she was away and got Ah Ma to help on Mandarin revision. Mummy prepared some Mandarin notes for Emeryn to read while she was away at KL. Being a "banana" herself, mummy leveraged the usage of google translate to prepare the notes in Mandarin. Before the dinner starts, Aunty Karen dropped by at mummy's room at Hotel Maya and surprised her with a birthday cake. While after the company dinner, mummy went out with Carmen Ee Ee and her friend to La Boca @ Pavilion where they celebrated mummy's birthday with a slice of cake. Emeryn stayed overnight at Pekaka on Sat before mummy brought her home on Sun evening. We managed to do a quick revision before going to bed.
