Before music class on Tues, mummy brought Emeryn to Noodle Station, Egate for dinner. Mummy ordered a bowl of soup noodle, french fries and an ice lemon tea but we were unable to finish it up. Emeryn has finally completed another 6mths lesson of Kinder Beat Step 2. On Wed, after having our dinner at Pekaka, daddy drove us to QBM for the photo shoot contest organized by Blissful Bridal. Unluckily while on our way to QBM, the car tyre punctured and we have to stop for the tyre to be changed. Ah ma fetched us while daddy waited at the car workshop. Thus we went along with ah chim, Joel and Amanda. Upon reaching, we immediately signed up for the photo shoot and we just waited for a very short while before Emeryn was called for the make-up and hairdo session. Joel took his turn for the photo shoot first followed by Emeryn. Emeryn wasn’t cooperative enough and she smiles pathetically. She looked ugly in those cheeky smile. (I hate to say that) Mummy was really disappointed as she can’t even select one nice photo shoot . Arggghhh. What a waste? Thus we left empty handed and mummy vowed to come back for the 2nd session.
On Thurs, daddy left to Bangkok for business. Mummy left Emeryn at Pekaka on Thurs nite as she went for dinner at Hard Rock Café with her friends. Friday is suppose to be a public holiday but mummy needed to work. Mummy left Emeryn at Pekaka as the school closes on Fri. Emeryn called mummy several times while mummy was at work. She kept asking mummy to go home. Luckily mummy was on half day leave, the afternoon session. So mummy went off from office at 12.30pm and bought home lunch. Ah ma brought Emeryn to Tesco while mummy was at work and she requested ah ma to buy a bread for mummy. She even commented that “my mummy likes cheese bread”. How thoughtful is my lil’ princess?
After lunch, mummy drove Emeryn to QBM for the 2nd session of the photo shoot. Before going, mummy kept reminding Emeryn to smile beautifully and never do those ugly faces again. Emeryn promised to be good. We were lucky for the 2nd time as we do not need to wait long. This round, mummy choose a dress for Emeryn and the make-up and hairdo looked fabulous on her. She looks so much better than the 1st time. The photo shoot went on smoothly and finally mummy managed to select 12pcs of photo to be placed in an album. Yay, mission achieved!!! We went home for a nap before heading to Aunty Jenny’s CNY open house. On our way we fetched kakak and she tagged along for the open house. Emeryn played happily with Hui Ying, Hui Siang and You Ying. We stayed for 2hours before leaving as we needed to get some food for ah chor who was alone at home. Mummy drove Emeryn home after leaving kakak at Pekaka. We went home to pack some necessity as we over night at Pekaka. Ah ma and family went to Hatyai and couldn’t reach home on time. Later at nite, we chatted to daddy online via msn and he showed us the hotel room through his web cam.
Ah ma and the rest reached Pekaka early on Sat morning. We went back home after having our breakfast at Pekaka. We spent the rest of the morning and afternoon at home doing Emeryn’s school homework. We went over to Pekaka at around 4.30pm and we stayed awhile before heading to New Gurney for cycling. Sigh. Emeryn still could not mastered the proper way to cycle. We bought dinner home after the cycling session.
On Sun morning, mummy woke up rather late was she slept at 3am the day before. We went out for our brunch and bought 2 new Barney dvds. We watched some of the episode upon reaching home before Emeryn took her afternoon nap. After the nap, we had our usual visit to por por’s place. We left at about 7pm and headed to Esplanade for the Chap Goh Meh celebration. Mummy paid RM4 as Emeryn wanted to play on the aired-balloon games. Too bad, Emeryn dared not play and she stood there crying. We then walked around the field and headed home at about 8.30pm. The celebration caused traffic jam. Daddy came home at about 11.30pm after arriving from Bangkok and woke Emeryn up. He gave Emeryn an ang pow as he has forgotten to do so earlier. Luckily it was the last day of CNY, just got back home in time. Haha.
