Mid Autumn Celebration

Mummy was away for a short trip to Langkawi last two weeks with friends while Emeryn was in full day nursery starting from 4th Sept... When mummy was away, emeryn stayed at Pekaka with granny... Again emeryn was having difficulties sleeping at Pekaka and grandpa complained that emeryn make too much noise there..Poor little girl. Mummy called back from Langkawi but emeryn refused to talk to mummy...On the second nite, emeryn murmured “I miss you, mummy’ when mummy called home... Mummy brought emeryn a box of Ladybird chocolate for emeryn. Emeryn loves them a lot!!!

Emeryn was doing perfectly fine in her full day nursery... Amazingly she refused to go home when mummy fetched her back... She even walked back to her classroom and waved goodbye to her friends.. Last Sat was Chik-chik’s wedding...It was just a simple one with tea ceremony in the morning and dinner with immediate families. After the dinner we had a quick karaoke session with granny sang her favourite Chinese oldies and both daddy & grandpa sang some English songs... Emeryn also did not missed out the fun chasing after the mike and proudly sing her nursery rhythms such like twinkle twinkle little stars, baa baa black sheep & London bridge is falling down.. Basically emeryn shouts her lungs out instead of singing sweetly...

After that we dropped by at Ee-ee’s place to pass them the moon cakes and chocolates before heading to town for a ride before going home... We passed through Gurney Drive and emeryn saw an uncle selling toys along the road side... The uncle was swinging a “hand” and emeryn ever asked daddy to get it for her before this but we never purchase it for emeryn.. This time daddy promised to get it for emeryn on tomorrow...

While on Sun, daddy drove us to Ee-ee’s place, our usual Sunday visit... Emeryn received a fairy tales book from mummy’s cousin sis... We stayed for an hour or so before leaving to Pekaka for granny’s birthday celebration..It was a surprise birthday party for granny and chik chik brought her an ice cream cake. Emeryn blew the candle together with grandma... We went to Gurney Plaza after that and mummy brought a pants and a pair of shoe from Rider for emeryn...We had our dinner at the gurney hawker stall before daddy delivered his promise to buy the toy hand for emeryn... We drove along gurney drive and stopped at the end of it for emeryn to have her lantern time in conjunction with the Mid Autumn celebration...We went home after that...
