On Wed morning, while Emeryn was walking towards her daycare she fell down and hurts her knee. It was bleeding but surprisingly she stood up with just teary eyes. Mummy quickly cleaned it with water before she walks up to her daycare. Due to the bad haze, school were closed on Wed afternoon. Mummy did not received any notification of school closure prior to it. When mummy was about to dropped the kids to school, the school guard informed us about the closure and mummy has to drive back to the daycare. The following 2 days were also closed as the haze did not get better and for the both days, Emeryn was at the daycare catching up with some revision.

While Emeryn was at the daycare on Fri morning, mummy drove to town to collect her last order from Taobao. It was a lovely dress at a very affordable price. Mummy then had her breakfast alone before doing her grocery at Tesco. Mummy went home for awhile before driving out to pick Emeryn from the daycare at 1.30pm. We spent the afternoon at home, catching up with revision as the school exam is on the following week.

Mummy cooked lunch on Sat and as for dinner we went out. Emeryn attended Art Class on Sun and she happily came home with a cute little Halloween pumpkin. We went over to Por Por's house for our usual Sun visit and had our meal there before going home.

Last Wed was another PH for Awal Muharram. Mummy has earlier redeemed her birthday treat from GSC for a complimentary movie for two. We started our morning with a hearty breakfast at home and mummy also cooked lunch as well. Nowadays mummy is cooking more frequent than before; to practice her skills so she could cook more starting next year. After lunch, we spent some time at home before driving out to Queensbay for our movie date. We watched Hotel Transylvania 2 and bumped into mummy's cousin bro in the cinema watching the same show. After the movie, we shopped a bit at QBM and Emeryn requested mummy to get her Twilight Sparkle, her fav pony. At first mummy rejected her request as the pony cost RM79.90 but mummy ended up gave in to her request, as her reward for doing excellent in her recent school exam. We drove to town and pick Ah Kong and Por Por along to get a baby car seat for Theng Ee Ee. After the purchase, we had dinner together before sending them home.

On Fri evening, mummy picked Emeryn from school, instead of Ah Ma who use to pick Emeryn on Fri. We went for dinner with mummy's friend at the newly opened food court at Sg Pinang. After the dinner, we chilled out at Starbucks and mummy redeemed her birthday cake too. It's such a privilege where we can redeem so many freebies on our birthday month. 

We had home-cooked breakfast again on Sat and continued to spent the lazy day at home doing some spring cleaning. Our house get dusty so fast that the dust comes back after 2 days due to the construction in front of our block. Looks like we got to endure this for the next 2-3years. Later in the afternoon we went to Giant as mummy wanted to do some grocery shopping. That evening mummy cooked curry chicken and it was her first attempt.

We had the left over curry with bread for our breakfast the next morning. Mummy made Emeryn pancake as well, topped off with honey. Emeryn don't quite like the pancake. Later Emeryn attended her Art Class as usual and mummy went over to Por Por's house to upload her photo book submission. Ah Kong & Por Por offered to pick Emeryn from Art Class, giving mummy sufficient time to finish her stuff. We then had dinner at their place before driving home.

Mummy's 34th Birthday fell on Mon and she took a day off from work; which she does every year. Co-incidentally the school was closed for 2 days due to the haze on a very last min announcement. Instead of sending Emeryn to daycare, mummy brought Emeryn along for her birthday outing. After the handyman came to fix our downlights, we headed to Pizzaiola @ Prangin Mall for lunch with mummy's friend. After the good lunch, we headed to Starbucks @ Batu Ferringhi for an afternoon drink. It was our first time visiting the new outlet. The haze did not stop Emeryn from heading out to the beach. She walked to the beach bare footed and collected some tiny sea shells. After chilling for at least 2 hours we went home for a short rest. In the evening, Emeryn insisted to have dinner at the Malay warung near our home.

On Fri during lunch hour, mummy went to sPice for the mother & baby fair to help Theng Ee Ee to buy some of her baby essential. We had a quick dinner at Island Glades coffee shop after school before meeting Kelly at Frank Laurent @ Udini Square. The same evening Emeryn presented mummy her belated birthday gift.

Emeryn attended replacement class on Sat while mummy spent her afternoon at home rushing to finish off her photo book. Right after school, mummy picked Emeryn and headed to pick Ah Kong & Por Por as well before attending mummy's relative wedding at Maple Palace. Emeryn don't even have a chance to shower due to the time limitation; but only change her clothing for the dinner. She fell asleep on our way home and continue to doze off upon reaching home.

She attended Art Class on Sun and we then went over to Por Por's house after her class.

Quoted from FB "My belated birthday gift were presented to me on last Fri after many hurdles. Emeryn tried to be at her school by 1.30pm on last Fri before the book shop closes but unfortunately she was late. She hide herself in the school toilet and cried. Later that evening, she went to Queensbay Mall with Ah Ma and Beena Kor Kor but were again unable to grab something. She cried all the way home. Fine, her last resort was to grab something on Mon itself which was mummy's birthday. Very unfortunate, the school closed due to the bad haze for 2 days. Finally she reminded daddy to drop her at school by 1pm and she happily choose a few gifts for mummy."
