On Tues after Emeryn's tuition, she requested for durian cheesecake from Secret Recipe. Thus we dropped by before heading home. While at home during the weekday, Emeryn tried to finish her Sejarah assignment. Daddy fetched Emeryn from school on Thur and they both headed to KFC for lunch. While having her lunch, Emeryn's tooth fell off. It was probably her 10th tooth.

On Sat, mummy sent Emeryn to school for her Sukaneka event and she headed for breakfast on her way home. Emeryn asked mummy to stay on to see her Karate demonstration at school but mummy rejected as she wanted to go home to do some house chores. She was pure disappointed over mummy's answer. After the school event, we dropped by at Giant to do a quick grocery as mummy planned to cook tom yam soup for lunch. We finally had our later lunch at about 3.30pm. That evening we went down for a swim and bumped into Eboy and his parents. After the swimming session, Aunty Mei Yen asked Emeryn to go over to her house and she ended playing with Eboy up to 11.30pm.

Emeryn attended her Cambridge class on Sun as usual before we head over to Por Por's house for our usual Sun visit and had our early dinner there.

Mummy started with her own lil' project to capture at least one of Emeryn's photo in a day to keep track of her growing progress. Her BM tuition on Tues was cancelled and replaced on Thur. Thus, mummy picked Emeryn to tuition on Tues after work instead of troubling Ah Ma to do it. On Wed, Emeryn started her Sejarah assignment, typing using mummy's notebook.

On Fri, after picking Emeryn from the daycare we went over to Golden Triangle for dinner before bringing Emeryn to the clinic as she was coughing. The next morning mummy dropped Emeryn at her karate class and Ah Ma fetched her after the class. While Emeryn was at the class, mummy noticed that her new hp failed to connect to an open wifi. After trying to no avail, she drove to the service centre at Gurney Paragon to get it fixed. It took mummy at least 3hours there. After getting it settled, mummy drove to Tesco @ eGate to pick Emeryn. Ah Ma brought her and Joel to Popular and McD before Joel followed us home. Both of them played badminton and skooter before Chik Chik brought Joel home at about 6.30pm. That afternoon Ah Ma bought Emeryn a new school bag and 2 books from Popular.

Emeryn attended her Cambridge class on Sun 1pm. We had lunch before the class. As usual we went over to Por Por's house after the class. Again, Emeryn got so excited seeing baby Will and even offered to feed him. We had dinner there before going home. Emeryn brought some rice and her all time fav soup back home to savor them later.

Por Por's 56th Birthday fell on last Wed. Prior to this mummy has ordered an ice cream cake for a simple celebration. After work, mummy picked up Emeryn from the daycare and head straight to the cake house to collect her order. We then drove to Por Por's house and waited for everyone to get ready. Coincide with this, Theng Ee Ee was off from work too, so we could have a quick dinner together before going home. We sang a birthday song for Por Por and had the cake cutting ceremony together before driving out for dinner. Emeryn bought a gift for Por Por at her school and wrapped it with a color paper and had the Happy Birthday written in Chinese knowing Por Por does not comprehend English. She bought her 3 pcs of pens. Mummy and both Ee Ees bought Por Por a pair of earring for her birthday.

Mummy's handphone was finally declared dead and she got herself a new hp, Oppo F1 on Fri. Upon reaching home, Emeryn toyed around with the selfie function. The next day we woke up early as mummy has to sent Emeryn to school for her Merentas Desa activity. While Emeryn was at school, mummy drove to town. She went to the market to kill time and had breakfast before helping Toki Ee Ee to visit the accessories shop. She ended buying a sink for Toki Ee Ee. After that mummy picked Emeryn from school and we bought lunch home. After lunch, we had a rest before driving out to Evergreen Hotel for the Wynn Kids workshop. The workshop ended at 6pm and we left without signing up as the programme is very pricey. On our way home, we dropped by at Mc Donalds as we both are hungry. After a quick bite, we left as we have to fetch Toki Ee Ee & Uncle Lin Chun from airport. We went home for a short while before fetching both of them. Next we drove to Double Good Restaurant as we had another family dinner with conjunction of Por Por's belated birthday. Carmen Ee Ee and her family joined us for dinner. After dinner we headed for coffee at Cofferic before calling it a day. Emeryn fell asleep at the coffee place as she was too tired from waking up early.

On Sun noon, we went for a prayer at Than Siang temple along with Carmen Ee Ee and Ah Mou. While waiting for them to arrive, Emeryn had her lunch at the cafeteria. After the prayers, mummy dropped Emeryn to her class and she proceeded to have lunch with Carmen Ee Ee and Ah Mou. Later in the evening we went to Super Tanker for dinner with Ah Kong, Por Por, Toki Ee Ee and Uncle Lin Chun before bidding them farewell.

On Mon evening, mummy cooked dinner. We had Emeryn's fav, old cucumber soup, preserved turnip omelette, kangkung belacan and a complimentary coconut drink from mummy's colleague. Also the same evening, mummy completed the Cameron Highlands photobook, merely a week coming back from the trip. Sense of achievement!!!

Emeryn was really happy with the growth of her grass head and excitedly wanted to show mummy's friend via whatsapp. Mummy asked her not to text her friend as he may not be in the mood to entertain her as his mum was very ill. Later at night mummy checked her hp and saw the message. Emeryn wrote "Pray to God that your mother is healthy now. Me Emeryn." Mummy was really impressed with her maturity and the way she wrote the text message. Mummy always think that Emeryn is still a baby but she ain't one judging from her messages. 

On Sat evening we headed to Big Bad Wolf book sale, an event which mummy would not want to missed. Emeryn selected all the books on her own such as Frozen Annual 2016, Hello Kitty Annual, Brave, Smurf, Barbie, Ripley's Believe It Or Not and some joke books. Mummy try not to interfere with her books selection, so she could choose what she really want to read. After visiting the book sales, mummy dropped Emeryn at Por Por's house as she wanted to stay over there since Baby Will will be around. Mummy then headed for a drinks with her friends.

The next noon, mummy picked Emeryn from Por Por's house before sending her to the Cambridge English class. We had lunch there before leaving and brought back some dishes for our dinner. Mummy's handphone has finally failed her and Ah Kong offered mummy her old hp for temporary.

As soon as mummy got back to her office after our Cameron trip, she received her online order, the waffle maker. Being the impatient mummy, that evening itself mummy tried out her new toy. We had waffle for our dinner that evening. Emeryn chose to top it with lime sorbet, chocolate syrup and strawberries while mummy had it with butter, honey and strawberries. Even with 1 set of waffle, it was very filling and enough for our dinner. The result turned out to be very presentable. Perhaps mummy may need to adjust the waffle mixture the next time to make it more tasty.

On Tues, Emeryn came home and gave mummy a "love letter" saying how thankful she was as mummy has helped her to do everything and took good care of her. Though at times, Emeryn could be very bossy and drives mummy up to the wall, she could still show the very sweet side of her. How blessed that I still received such notes from Emeryn constantly???

Emeryn attended her karate class on Sat while mummy went to Tesco and market to buy some ingredients as Emeryn requested mummy to cook for lunch. Mummy tried to steam fish for the very first time. Back at home, Emeryn helped mummy in the kitchen with some cutting of carrots, long beans and even to clean the fish. Mummy wants her to learn some basic kitchen skills so she could at least cook for herself when she study abroad later on (mummy's dream). In the evening, mummy sent her over to Theng Ee Ee's house as she followed her to Por Por's house to stay over. Emeryn wanted to stay over night there as Baby Will is there too. That night Emeryn tagged along with Theng Ee Ee to the wedding party.

The next morning Emeryn tagged along to the wedding tea ceremony before mummy picked her to Cambridge English class. After the class we went for laksa on the way home. That evening we had Por Por's home cooked for dinner.

It was a school holiday week, for 1 week right after the school exam. It was just the right time for a break after all the pressure we both endured. From Mon – Wed, Emeryn attended daycare for only the morning session. In the afternoon, Ah Ma came and picked Emeryn from daycare. Though it was the school holiday, the BM & Science tuitions were ongoing. On Wed afternoon, daddy brought Emeryn out for a movie. Instead of watching some kiddo movie, Emeryn wanted to watch The Mermaid and she insisted daddy to bring along either Joel or Joey. At the end Joey joined them for movie. Daddy dropped Emeryn to mummy after mummy off from work.

The next morning, Wed we woke up at 6am+ as we make our journey to Cameron Highlands for a 2 days 1 nite stay. Mummy picked up her friend who is joining us at 8am and off we went on with our journey. We stopped for breakfast Sin Yoon Loong kopitiam before continuing our journey uphill. Emeryn ordered fried koay teow and she happily finished it clean. Overall the food there was very tasty. After filling up our tummies, we continue with our journey. After driving for an hour or so, we reached our first destination, Avant Chocolate. This place sells chocolate originated from Cameron itself. The same place here hosts another 2 beautiful places Green View Garden and House of Lavender. We visited the small hydroponic plantation filled with flowers and plants before walking over to House of Lavender. These places were beautifully landscaped with bright colors architure and even a windmill, and a small lavender farm. We took many photos before moving to our next destination.

We drove for at least 30mins before reaching our second destination, the Lavender Garden. As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted by the huge blanket of lavender. This place is heavily decorated with cute decorative item. Again we took lots of photo. The weather was very sunny and we sweated so badly. We then drove towards our hotel, Copthorne Cameron Highlands. Before checking in, we stopped for our late lunch at the stretch of eateries outside the hotel. After check in, we rested for near to two hours before deciding to drive to Brinchang night market. We were stuck in a jam for 50mins before mummy got really fed up and make a u-turn back. All the cars were barely move and it was bumper to bumper. Perhaps it wasn’t a good choice to visit Cameron during the school holiday. On our way back to hotel, we dropped by at Kea Farm and had a leisure stroll as most of the stalls were already close for the day. Only handful stalls were still open. We had some light snack before heading back to hotel. We had our dinner at a Chinese restaurant but unfortunately we couldn’t finish our dinner as we had over ordered. We were definitely too full after the dinner that we went for a walk outside the hotel, enjoying the night cooling breeze. It was 17 degree that nite. After our outdoor walk, we went to the hotel lobby where there were some kid’s activities and an open lounge. We headed back to our room not long after that to get a good sleep before our next day itinerary.

The next morning, we got off from the hotel at 8am and make our way to Cameron Valley Tea House. On our way there, we stopped for breakfast at a random restaurant. We had the famous Malaysian breakfast, roti telur, murtabak and Emeryn had a western breakfast. Upon reaching the tea valley, we walked straight to the plantation to enjoy a nearer view. The view was so serene even though the sun was shining on us. Our next highlight was the Big Red Strawberry Farm. After navigating our way using waze, we finally reach our destination. We paid RM25 for 500g of self-pluck strawberries, an activity which Emeryn was looking forward from day 1. We selected those big and red strawberries to be plucked, hopefully it would be sweeter. This strawberry farm was very organized in term of their plantation structure, the cleanliness, a quite huge selection to pick from and best of all a place of us to sit back and relax while enjoying our own harvest of the day. We ticked our last destination by stopping at Cactus Point where we were amazed by the gigantic size of cactus. We bought 4 cactus plants and Emeryn requested for the “grass head”. After the quick stopover, we went back to the hotel for quick refreshment before checking out. We stopped for our lunch on our way downhill. After lunch we headed to Ipoh where we hang out for a short while at Aeon Jusco before driving back to Penang.

Mummy had a slight headache throughout the whole drive back to Penang and yet we still managed to pull over for dinner before sending mummy’s friend home. We then headed home straight.
