Emeryn celebrated her 9th Birthday at Bangkok. Toki Ee Ee gave her a belated birthday surprise where she ordered 3 dozens of Minions cupcakes and get mummy to delivered it to her school. When mummy picked Emeryn to school, she brought along the cupcakes and took it to Emeryn's class before leaving. Emeryn distributed the cupcakes to her classmates and the Malay friends bought it home as they were fasting. 

On Sat after swimming class, mummy dropped Emeryn at Beena Kor Kor’s house as she wanted to bring her out for a belated birthday celebration. They headed to Queensbay while mummy went home for her home-cooked dinner. At about 10.30pm, mummy drove to Beena Kor Kor’s house to bring Emeryn home.

On Sun, Emeryn asked Joel & Joey to join her at JumpStreet by utilizing her free entry. Mummy went to Pekaka to pick the siblings before going over to JumpStreet. The kids jumped for an hour before mummy dropped them home.  We then drove to Art Class only to find a memo written the class will be closed on the following week in view of Hari Raya. Instead of continuing with the class, mummy decided to skip the whole month as we had already missed a class during our Bangkok trip. Thus, we would resume the class on August. We then drove to Por Por’s house for our usual Sun visit and had our meal before going home. We met with a minor accident at Bayan Lepas area where mummy hit a car in front. Luckily it was a very minor accident and mummy broke her car number plate.
 

Santorini Park @ Hua Hin

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We started our journey to Hua Hin as early as 8am. The journey took us about 2hours and our first stop was the Santorini Park. Santorini Park brings a slice of the picture-perfect Greek island to Cha-Am. It’s got all the details right, from classic whitewashed buildings, colourfully painted windows, down to stone-paved paths and domed towers. The five zones at Santorini Park provide all-encompassing entertainment. Park Zone is essentially the amusement park part, with rides and games set on vast landscaped grounds. All rides are imported, including the 40-metre-high Ferris wheel, double-decker carousel, G-MAX reverse bungee, G-MAX giant swing, XD Dark Ride 7D interactive game and Asia’s first Wallholla climbing structure. Village Zone is all about the Greek island’s village architecture and its chilled-out coastal vibe. Wander down the maze of stone-paved lanes lined with two-storey whitewashed buildings and more than 140 shopping boutiques. Rest Area is where you will find a host of fast food outlets, cafés, personal care salons, a petrol station, convenience stores and more souvenir shops. Apart from shopping and entertainment, Santorini Park features an Activities Zone, a 3,000sqm outdoor space for hosting live concerts and performances.

We were all sweating badly due to the hot season and only managed to snap some quick photo. As we only have limited time at Hua Hin, we have to constantly remind ourselves not to waste any time. We left behind Emeryn's small cardigan at Santorini.
