Ah Chor's Birthday

 Ah Chor's b'day

 @ Bkt Jambul Complex

@ Por Por's house

 kiddy ride @ Udini Square

On Fri evening after work, mummy picked Emeryn from daycare and headed to a clinic at Perak Lane to get her medical check done by the HLA panel clinic.Mummy has recently purchased a MRTA for our current house. Upon declaring the breast cyst, the insurance company needed more tests and doctor's report as a supporting document. The medical check took quite some of our time and we only managed to leave the clinic at about 7.20pm. We then headed straight to Jade Palace Restaurant to celebrate Ah Chor's birthday.

On Sat noon, we drove to Bukit Jambul and had our lunch before going to Kamdar. Mummy is helping Theng Ee Ee with Baby Will's 1st birthday decoration. Thus, we went to Kamdar to buy some plain cloth to decorate the table. After going to Kamdar we shopped awhile before heading home. That evening we had our family dinner at Super Tanker as Carmen Ee Ee and Sherine Ee Ee were back to Penang.
While on Sun, after attending Cambridge class we went to Por Por's house and had our lunch there. As usual Emeryn will spend her time clinging at Baby Will. Later in the afternoon, mummy drove Por Por, Baby Will and Emeryn to Udini Square as she wanted to get some kitchenware which were on sale. We shopped awhile at Mr DIY before Emeryn requested to have a kiddy ride with Baby Will before going home.

School Children's Day

 random dinner

 Emeryn's request for lunch

 Children's Day

On Sat morning, mummy dropped Emeryn to school as they are having Children's Day. After sending her to school, mummy has to run 3 different markets just to buy clams as Emeryn has personally requested for this dishes. At home mummy slowly starts her cooking adventure, preparing seafood tom yam and spicy clams before fetching Emeryn from school at 12.30pm.

Emeryn surprises mummy by keeping her KFC set distributed by the school just to share the food with mummy at home. How thoughtful she was. Sometimes unspoken love is the best.

Meeting Mummy's Unimates

 mummy's unimates

 goodies for Lek Lek's B'day

Mummy is now training Emeryn to be a full-functioning adult, hopefully this dream could be achieved when Emeryn turns 15 years old. Emeryn starting to help mummy in the kitchen on and off and last week she managed to fried egg with preserved radish all by herself. Dinner can be as simple as fried egg and pumpkin porridge.

On Sat, mummy cooked an early lunch before we went out for a gathering. This round mummy was meeting her unimates cum roommates back in her university days. Aunty Poh Leng brought along her two princesses. We went and pick them from St Giles Wembley Hotel before driving them to downtown. After parking our car, we brought them to some of the popular mural arts and snap some photos before heading to Easy Brew. The girls instantly became best friends and happily playing while mummy was catching good old times with aunty Poh Leng. Later aunty Jiun came over along with her son. The chat continues till we decided to go for dinner. We brought them to New Lane to savour the truly Penang hawker meals. We dropped them back to the hotel before heading home. It was indeed a good catch up. Despite mummy has not been seeing them for many years, they still had a never-ending chat.

On Sun, Emeryn attended Cambridge class in the morning. After the class we went for lunch and then to Giant to buy some goodies for Baby Will's upcoming birthday. Mummy promised to help Theng Ee Ee with the goodies bag. Mummy bought choki-choki and we went home to wrap it with nice plastic, ribbon and a small gift card which mummy ordered online.

Later in the evening, we drove to Gold Coast Seafood Restaurant at Karpal Singh Drive for Ah Kong's birthday dinner. It was just a simple celebration between our small family.

Hello Halloween

Ever since Emeryn has exposed to Halloween in Gurney Paragon last year, she kept on pestering mummy to bring her to participate in any future Halloween event. She likes make over the most. So this year, mummy make it a point to bring her to join one of the activity. We joined the treasure hunt at Straits Quay on Sun evening.

After her Cambridge class, mummy dropped Emeryn to Theng Ee Ee's house as she was not working. Emeryn spent her whole afternoon there and then meet mummy at Por Por's house later in the afternoon. It was quite rush as mummy has to helped Emeryn with the make up. It was mummy's first time doing it and she has to find idea from youtube. We reached Straits Quay at 6.10pm and the registration queue was super long. We waited for half an hour before got ourselves registered. The game started at 7pm and all the parents ran here and there guiding their children. There were some hints given on the paper and the kids have to find the particular outlet and get it stamped. Once stamped, they also received some goodies from the outlet itself.

The first 100 participants who have successfully completed the game will get a small goodies. We were the participant num 63 to complete the game. Mummy's friend, Lim Ai Ling came over with her nephew. We joined them for dinner at Pappa Rich before Emeryn claimed her gift at 9pm. We hang out for awhile as Emeryn wanted to play with the lil' cutie, Ding Hao. We left at about 10pm.
