After a long waiting period for the PBB credit card free gift, Emeryn finally received her first handphone from mummy. It was a Samsung Galaxy V. Emeryn wasn't too excited with her new toy initially as she hasn't got a new SIM card to activate the phone system.

On Wed, Emeryn tagged along with mummy for her monthly gathering at Hinode Udon @ Karpal Singh Drive. The DIY system there is quite unique where you order your preferred noodles and soup bases; proceed with the selection of tempura and various condiments. Emeryn had one portion for her own while mummy had one for herself too. On thus morning, mummy fulfilled Emeryn's request of having breakfast at Xixiang Xuju Tang Cafe  before going to daycare. It is located right below her daycare. Her intention of going there for breakfast is not for the meal, but to obtain the wifi password for her future usage. How smart!!!

We started our Sat very early as mummy has a facial appointment at 10.30am. Before we head out, we had breakfast at home. Mummy suggested to bring Emeryn to the beach since we are heading to Tanjung Tokong area. Emeryn packed her beach toys and off we go. After facial, we went to Hard Rock hotel. First we spent our time at the beach with Emeryn playing with her beach toys and mummy occupied herself taking photograph of Emeryn. It was a super hot day and we sweat badly. After being burnt under the sun, Emeryn went for a swim at the hotel's swimming pool. We left Hard Rock at about 3pm and pulled over at the roadside for a coconut drink to cure our thirst. We too packed lunch home.  We rested for an hour or so before heading out for Emeryn's swiming lesson.

Emeryn attended Art Class on Sun afternoon while mummy went for a coffee with Aunty Grace at Udini Square. After Art Class, we went to the Four Faced Buddha to give thanks on Emeryn's excellent school exam result and we bumped into Ah Kong and Por Por over there. We then proceeded to Por Por's place for our usual Sun visit and had our dinner there before going home.

Mummy Was Away

Last weekend mummy was away for her company team building at Port Dickson. Mummy took half day leave on Fri afternoon, to spend some time with Emeryn before she flew off. Mummy picked Emeryn from the daycare after 1pm and we headed to Mc D @ Tesco for lunch before mummy dropped her off to school. After dropping her off to school, mummy went for a quick coffee time at Frank Laurent before flying off to KL.

Mummy spent a nite at KL before heading to PD the next morning. Emeryn spent her Fri and Sat nite at Pekaka. After coming home, mummy picked Emeryn from Pekaka on Sun evening.

This week was the exam week, starting from Tues - Thurs. As usual we will revise every nite during the whole exam week. It has been more than a year since mummy has stopped doing revision with Emeryn on daily basis. Mummy only printed out some Science notes for Emeryn and we do revision together a week or two prior to the exam. Previously the revision hours always turned into a horror moment for Emeryn, where there are scolding and beating involved. The whole relation between mummy and Emeryn turned sour due to the scolding and beating. So mummy decided to stop having revision on daily basis. Instead we both watch tvb series every evening and become happier. Mummy took half day leave on Wed afternoon, to accompany Theng Ee Ee for her new house key collection.

On Sat morning, mummy wants Emeryn to learn making her own breakfast and she obediently obliged to it. She cooked 2 sausages for herself and had it with her yogurt and apple aloe vera drinks. We had home cooked pasta for lunch. We then spent the rest of the afternoon at home until the swimming lesson. Emeryn truly enjoyed every of her swimming lesson every week and the kids ended the lesson with their favorite games. We went for dinner before heading home.

Emeryn attended Art Class on Sun while mummy went to the Four Face Buddha for a prayers. Mummy bumped into Ah Kong and Por Por over there. Before we left the temple, Ah Pak and Ah Mou came over too. It was such a co-incidence that all of us went to the temple at the same time. After praying, mummy fetched Emeryn from Art Class and we went over to Por Por's house for our usual visit and dinner.

On Mon evening, we had our dinner at Sakurajima as mummy has a voucher for free ice kacang. That day, my courageous baby, Emeryn submitted her name for a singing audition at her school. She actually wanted to sing a Korean song but unfortunately she can't sing the full song. She ended up singing Katy Perry - Roar. She practiced the whole nite but was unable to make it to the finalist. Her teacher commented that she doesn't sings like a Tiger. She was indeed very upset for not being chosen. 

We started with some short and simple revision in order to prepare for the coming school exam. Lately mummy has been cooking dinner more often than before. On Fri evening, Onn Chai and his mum came over to Penang for the weekend and stay at our place. Mummy went home right after work and Ah Ma picked Emeryn from school. Emeryn had her shower and dinner at Pekaka while mummy went over to fetch Emeryn at about 9.30pm after having her own dinner. We then headed to Udini Square for coffee with the rest of the family members. Upon seated, we were informed that the place is closing at 10.30pm. Thus, we made a move to Bed @ eGate. Onn Chai fetched Ah Kong & Por Por  as they had dinner together before our coffee session. Theng Ee Ee and her hub joined us later. We hang out up to 11.30pm where after Carmen Ee Ee and Michael reached Penang and brought Onn Chai for supper. We went home first as it was getting real late.

The next day we had some light breakfast at home and went out for lunch at Sunshine Market. In the afternoon, Emeryn continued with her revision while Onn Chai and his mum went out to visit some friends. Emeryn attended swimming class in the evening and we headed to Giant for a quick grocery shopping before going home. The rest of them went to town for a family dinner.

We had egg sandwiches at home on Sun morning before heading to JumpStreet at 12pm. Emeryn still has 2 free vouchers for JumpStreet, thus she and Onn Chai went for the jump. After an hour of sweating, we treated ourselves yummylicious lunch at Genting Kopitiam before dropping Emeryn at the Art Class. Mummy then fetched Onn Chai and his mum to Ah Kong's house while waiting for Emeryn to finish her class. After finishing her class, mummy brought Emeryn home and we did a quick revision before meeting the rest for dinner at Bt. Lanchang. We headed home right after the dinner to continue with Emeryn's revision.
