Emeryn wanted this so badly

Mummy took half day off on Mon and she went to Gurney Plaza for her cny shopping. She ended up buying 2 black dresses. Yes, it was black again, mummy's fav color. Mummy picked Emeryn from school in the evening and both headed to QBM as mummy wanted to get a pajamas for her lil' cheeky. Mission failed as we did not managed to get the pajamas but in fact gotten Emeryn a casual dress from FOS.

Again we were stuck at QBM for at least 3hourrs on Tues evening. This round mummy shopped a lot for herself. She bought some blouse and slack for her work attire. While at Brands Outlet, Emeryn chose a few dresses for herself. She even asked the sales promoter to help her to try on it and then paraded it in front of mummy. Mummy has no choice but asked her to picked only one piece and the damage was RM69.90 for her taste. We reached home about 10pm and had our packed economy rice which muymmy bought earlier.

On Wed morning, Emeryn asked mummy to cook porridge for dinner. Thus mummy went to Tesco for grocery shopping during her lunch time. We went home directly after school and started our dinner preparation. Mummy cooked pumpkin porridge and fry some mix vege. Mummy asked Emeryn to help with frying eggs. It was her very first exposure in the kitchen and she did it very well. Mummy would let her help more often from now on.

It was a public holiday on Thus, Thaipusam. Again we went to QBM for the 3rd time of the week as mummy needed to shop for her Sales Convention gift. We were there early, 11am and spent 3hours there. Mummy placed Emeryn on the stroller as mummy could no longer be able to carry Emeryn if she ever asked. Bringing Emeryn on the stroller is a far better choice. Before leaving we had our lunch at KFC. We also bumped into Aunty Su Ching while doing our shopping. After our shopping, we dropped by at Pekaka for a very short while as mummy needed to pass some document to granny. We headed to the Batu Lanchang Market after dropping by at Pekaka. Mummy brought fish, chicken, vege and some other dried stuff as mummy will be cooking dinner. That evening we had winter melon soup, fried fish, fried egg and mixed vege.

We stayed at home for the whole Sat until our late dinner. We went to Island Glades for dinner after Emeryn's nap and bought 2 boxes of cny cookies. Mummy also bought 2 new dvds for Emeryn and allowed Emeryn to have one kiddy ride as she was being such a good girl on that day itself. Upon reaching home, Emeryn insisted on watching her new movie and she ended up going to bed after 12midnite.

It was a quiet Sun for us. As usual we went to old folks home to pay ah chor a visit. And then we proceeded to por por's place for dinner.

Wed was the first day of the week that Emeryn went to school after our short break at Singapore. Right after work, mummy drove to daddy's office to discuss over some matter. Emeryn was seen chasing the dogs outside the office area. She wasn't scare at all and yet chase after the dogs non-stop. We left shortly as daddy was really busy. Mummy drove Emeryn to Autocity and we went to KFC for dinner. After our dinner, we shopped at the park; the Autocity flea market. Ended up mummy bought some accessories. On our way home, we dropped by Pekaka for a short while. Later after daddy had his dinner and shower, he came over and fetched Emeryn to the clinic. Emeryn was down with cough and flu since our Singapore trip. Before heading home, Emeryn requested daddy to buy her and mummy a chicken burger and sausage burger.

Daddy brought Emeryn to Mc D on Thurs nite as he promised earlier. It was a bonding time for the father & daughter. Mummy choose to stayed at home and continued her unfinished house chores. As for Fri, Emeryn went over to por por's house while mummy were out sourcing for a study table & chairs and also a study lamp for Emeryn. All the while Emeryn do not have a proper work station for herself and causing lots of trouble doing her homework & constant scolding & beating from the fierce mummy.

Mummy woke up late on Sat while Emeryn started her day earlier watching her fav cartoon. At about noon, we went downtown as mummy needed to go to the tour agency to confirm on our Beijing trip on Mac. After that we headed to New Lane for lunch as mummy was craving for its popular congee . We dropped by at ofh to have a look at ah chor and mummy bought hot coffee for her. We went home foe Emeryn's afternoon nap right after leaving ofh. Later in the evening, we went for a quick dinner at Island Glades and managed to get some CNY cookies.

We went out for breakfast on Sun morning about 8.30am as we started our day very early; considering it was weekend. After our breakfast, mummy busied herself with spring cleaning as CNY is approaching. After a long day at home, we went to ofh again for the second time on the week to visit ah chor before going to por por's house for dinner. After our dinner, we went to Tesco for our groceries shopping.

Recently Emeryn has improved a lot especially on her coloring skills. One day she brought home her art work; very nicely done and got mummy's praise non-stop. Mummy has gotten a new study table & chairs and also a study lamp. She finally could write better with minimal scolding and beating from mummy.

Singapore Trip 2011

Day 1

Day 2: Universal Studio

Day 3: @ ION Orchard

Daddy couldn't make it to Singapore with us as he needed to travel for work purpose. Thus, both mummy and Emeryn proceeded with the trip as planned. Mummy's friend dropped us at the airport on Sat morning. Our flight from Penang was at 9.55am. We touched down SG at about 11.15am and we caught a bus from the airport at about 12.15pm after clearing the custom. Toki Ee Ee's bf, Lin Chun waited for us at Sembawang bus station where we alighted there. We walked to their apartment after got off from the bus. We dropped our luggage at their place and rested awhile before going out.

Toki Ee Ee needed to go to her office to get some work done. Thus we went to Novena Station; where Ee Ee's office is. We had lunch together, SG laksa before mummy and Emeryn went shopping at the mall nearby whereas Ee Ee and her bf went to her office. We met again at about 5pm and headed to Bugis where mummy meet her friend, Chi Yit over a quick drink. We walked around Bugis before headed to ION Orchard & also Takasimaya. It was a window shopping for us before we had our late dinner at Food Republic. Emeryn was having a slight fever at the evening and mummy got her panadol. We headed back to Ee Ee's place right after dinner.

On our day 2, we woke up at 7.45am and our itinerary was full day at Universal Studio. We took mrt and had our breakfast at Toast Box, located at the mrt interchange. We then took a bus right to Universal Studio where the journey took about 75mins. We reached Universal Studio entrance at about 12pm and all of the sudden, it started pouring. Poor thing!!! We walked around the souvenir shop while waiting for the rain to stop. We were given $5 voucher for meal & souvenir each. Mummy got Emeryn a barbie stationary set, another stationary set and a Madagascar mug. Due to Emeryn's height, there are many rides which are disallowed. We only managed to try 3-4 rides and watched 3 shows. We had a quick meal by utilizing the $5 voucher. We left Universal Studio at about 7.30pm and mummy bumped into her friends, Lim Ai Ling & Sheryn before leaving. We then had our dinner at Vivo City and shopped around for awhile before proceeding home. Again mummy bumped into her friend, Chi Yit in the train. What a co-incidence???

We started our day 3 quite late as Emeryn was still having some slight fever where mummy got her to sleep longer. Both Ee Ee and her bf went out for work, leaving us at home. We went off from home at about 11.30am and headed to Bugis again as mummy wanted to have her shopping spree. We had our lunch before starting our shopping spree. Emeryn fell asleep on her stroller for about an hour and mummy proceeded with her shopping. We went over to Bugis Junction after finishing shopping at Bugis Street. Ended up, mummy for 8 dresses and 3 tops for herself, 3 top for Por Por and a gown, a boots and a toy kitchen set for Emeryn. We meet up with Ee Ee's bf at Bugis Junction before meeting Toki Ee Ee and Suzanne Ee Ee at Clark Quay for dinner. We had a yummy Japanese meal there and then headed home.


Day 4 is the way we departed SG. We went off from Ee Ee's place at about 8.15am and Ee Ee walked us to the bus station. We got a bus immediately upon reaching the bus station and we bid farewell to Ee Ee. We reached the airport before 10am and had our breakfast before checking in. We walked around the duty free shop and snapped some photo before boarding at 11.45am. It was a great great trip with many mission accomplished.
